As a for-profit farm business, and worker-owned cooperative, we strive to provide living wages for ourselves and our employees. We celebrate nourishing a community diverse in age, ethnicity, sexuality, economic background and cultural heritage in our region.
We sell veggies and flowers through our local CSA, Community Supported Agriculture, as well as wholesale accounts in both the Hudson Valley, Berkshires, and New York City. Our low-income CSA fund and food access initiatives support local families who cannot afford to to buy fresh produce. Our expanding flower farm connects directly with floral designers as well as with brides or grooms who seek a more affordable DIY option for their wedding. The Farm Store at Willow Brook
Livestock at Willow Brook Farms enjoy the fresh Millerton air, raised with their health and wellness as a priority in a relaxed outdoor environment. The high quality beef sold at the Farm Store comes right from the farm’s pasture fed, grain finished Wagyu-Black Angus cross cattle, with a selection of half and whole steers for sale. Pork is also available, produced from an average of 20 pigs that reside on the farm each year. The pigs enjoy whole milk from the farm’s dairy cows and are never subjected to additional hormones or antibiotics.
